Bought the book today...
Since it is still out of stock at Amazon and they are now projecting a 4 week delivery date - I went ahead and ordered my copy from http://www.knitpicks.com. Also ordered a couple of skeins of their yarns to make some test swatches. Added some nice cable needles to my basket that I am sure will find their way into my Christmas sock!
